Private Client Lawyer

Consultancy fee-earning work.

Main Duties include:

· Conduct of private client and related matters on behalf of clients;

· Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Trust and Estate Administration;

· Management of support services, including supervision of support staff;

· Maintaining orderly files and complying with firm policies;

· To use the correct office procedures and systems as set out in the firm’s office manual;

· Participation in the firm’s marketing activities where appropriate;

· Maximisation of the firm’s potential to cross-sell legal services by identifying appropriate opportunities;

· Maintaining training and knowledge levels through attendance at training events, both inhouse and external

Would suit PQE 2+, STEP qualified desirable

• Prior knowledge of Leap or other case management systems
